Saturday, January 13, 2018 - Clear pale straw. Nose is clean and medium. White blossom, nectarine, some tropical fruits, lime, vanilla. Dry with tantalizing medium (+) acidity. Body is medium. Flavour is medium (+) and palate has lemon lime, green apples and a silky texture. Finish is medium. Wine is well balanced and its bright lively acidity will be perfect companion for food. Almost feels like a creamy warm chardonnay with the acidity of a sauvignon blanc.
