Monday, December 28, 2015 - Much better than prior bottle; really beginning to question the coravin as I'm finding non-CV'd bottles to be better than those previously accessed. Uncorked, not decanted, allowed to breathe for 2 hours. Meaty flavor has softened with age, shows great balance.
