Sunday, December 26, 2021 - Was hoping this would be more oxidative, but there is only a hint on the nose. White peach and a little pineapple on the palate. Not a lot of acidity, but rather gets a bit of vigour from a slight minerality and subtle astringency. With dinner I felt that it was a bit flat, lacking enough acid or tannin to stand up to food. Left some or overnight and it got a little more pith, but not great improvement.
