Saturday, May 14, 2022 - Pale purple with clear rim. Slow moving legs. Clear. 5

Nose is dusty like a nice Chinon. Blue berries, plums and blackberries, violets and black pepper. Super clean but not super open on PNP. Improved with about 2 hours of air. 12

Palate is bone dry and delicious. Medium bodied and confirming nose. Tannins are nicely resolved and the acidity is right where it needs to be. Stony mineral and floral finish. 17

Really enjoyable lingering finish. Delicious. 7
