Community Tasting Note

Saturday, July 8, 2023 - Popped yesterday, half the bottle put in a 375 overnight, tasting note written from this bottle. Really nice inky dark fruit, plums, blackberries, with a slight raspberry side note, intriguing! The palate shows nice fruit, with racy acidity and good tannins, a bit of bitter chocolate on the finish. In a really nice spot now, I suspect it will go well with grilled foods (as the plan is).
