Saturday, March 25, 2023 - Pretty floral perfume with a bit of smoke and blackberry fruit scent. Black purple color. Has a high density of ripe fruit flavor I find common to Roar wines. Blackberry flavor with smoke, minerality and polished smooth but grippy tannins. Finishes medium and smooth with a touch of acidity and char. I think this can still evolve in a positive direction with further cellar time.
