Saturday, June 21, 2014 - Stewed medicinal roots and flowers with Hawthorne flakes and sappy cherries strawberries. A little of that preserved vegetable note that I find in prieure roch wines as well. The development and nuances do show Côte d'Or characteristics and almost a chambolle gevrey styled wine. Lovely style.
