Friday, November 10, 2006 - Opened the bottle and waited 2 hours. Nose started off with a little barnyard, but after aerating in the glass and waiting 15 minutes it cleared up and was pleasant. Some fruit, soft tannins very enjoyable. Improves with time, after 4 hours it was opening up more; some cherry on the nose, fruit in the mouth, very soft. Drink by 2007.
