Black currants, blackberry and plum palate following by liquorice, black olives, dark chocolate and lingering, hot finish, Rich, powerful and complex but huge alcohol affects balance, lovely wild berries’ acidity and resolved tannins. Food friendly, well pairing to medium rare beef steak. Serve 16ºC - 20ºC. Open one hours ahead. Drink now and the next eight years.
