Saturday, June 16, 2018 - The first night, it was very muted with strong tannins and not enjoyable. After a night in the fridge, it has some cherry, anise and spruce flavours. Much more interesting, so I’d recommend holding it for a while. I wasn’t a fan the first time, but the second time I’d say it’s interesting.
