Sunday, October 9, 2022 - Fragrant oak, ripe blueberries and cherries on a bed of fresh herbs, dark chocolate, toasted clove and minerals. Medium-bodied and fresh herbs on the palate. Simple and easy going. Finish is soft and somewhat light. Ready to drink with 30 mins of decanting. Will age well for the next 3 years.
