Tuesday, September 15, 2015 - Blind tasting group. All were impressed by the classic Bordeaux nose, leather, cedar, tobacco. Distinct, pleasing sweetness and a harmonious sort of tart cherry , which a member corrected to cassis. Long finish. Superb concentration and finesse. Many guessed it as 1982, with Pichon and Leoville Las Cases mentioned. A very fine bottle.
