Sunday, March 22, 2009 - This wine is really in a great spot right now. I was shocked at how young it looked in the glass. Good nose of flowers and dark fruit. I was impressed that the tannins have had time to resolve nicely while at the same time the fruit remained very vibrant and flavorful. This would have benefitted from better stemware at the restaurant, but it was easily everyone's wine of the night anyway.
