Saturday, November 7, 2020 - From an excellent looking bottle, this wine had a gold center and clear rims. The nose was medium intensity at first but ramped up nicely with time to medium+. It showed dried apricot, pear, lime, lemon, and minerals.

In the mouth, this wine was a bit diluted at first. However, I could feel the minerals and the crisp finish building in the mouth. There was a hint of cigar. After a couple hours it was attractive in a tangy and refined style.

This wine was classy and was nice with food. It should hold at this peak for at least 5 years.
