Tuesday, March 3, 2009 - I loved this. As a disclaimer, these Bordeaux inspired blends from the new world are right down the center of my alley. I could not resist the dark red cherry fruit and strong sweet tobacco scents with leathery licorice and tasteful, judicious vanilla notes. Long finish; great grippy, medium weight, seriously structured mouthfeel. This could have been a 200 dollar Pauillac, easy!
