Blend of about 50% Parellada, 30% Macabeo, the rest Chardonnay and Malvasia de Sitges. Organically farmed. 12.5% Abv.

A(ccuracy)=2: Light bright lemon yellow. Pure fruity aromatics.
B(alance) =2: Distinct components with restrain.
C(omplexity)=2: Apple, melon, lime, saline minerality.
D(epth) = 1: Average length and finish.

Wine Tally Score [2,2,2,1]=7/10

Good example of a white that needs no oak.
