Wednesday, January 9, 2019 - The prettiest vintage of this wine that I recall, while also the most delicate. The bouquet features effusive stone fruit (nectarine, white peach, apricot) essences, with white flower, tropical, honey, and citrus accents. Gorgeous! More of the same on the palate, in balanced, crystalline-like, inflection-changing waves. Compelling energy and lift frames the fruit beautifully, enhancing the overall harmony. This will be difficult to resist in its youth. It will be interesting to follow over the next several years.
