Monday, June 28, 2021 - Well, having now had several vintages of this wine ranging from six to 25 years old, I am firmly of the belief that this is a wine that should not really be touched until its 20th birthday. That's the earliest that you won't risk thinking that the wine isn't ready. Of course there's no harm to check in on them periodically but if you want to really see what the fuss is about, and you can find them, start with the 02 and work your way backwards. You'll be happy you did. Open the 2015 no less than ten years from now and you will have a treat on your hands.
