Saturday, July 22, 2023 - My first bottle of Napanook 2015 from Dominius Estate. A celebrated vintage from this producer, where the prestige wine has received several 100 points. This is their second wine, which started off a bit hesitant, diffuse acetone finish. But after 2 - 3 h it really blossomed, fantastic cassis, plum and led pencil, leather tones, violet and a lovely minerality. Fine structure, where tannins and acid find good cooperation. Drink or hold.
