Wednesday, May 4, 2022 - PnP over an hour. Didn't take many notes. Aromas of leather, sea salt, dark rose petals, and forest floor. Strong dark purple and blue fruits on the palate. Nice level of acidity too. Overall very very good PN, but not enough depth for me, especially compared to the other Occidental PN's I've had.
