Saturday, January 20, 2024 - The wine needed about 30 minutes to breathe and open, but one it did, WOW. It is very full-bodied "and not for pinot noir drinkers." It paired magnificently with tuna tartare and both a grilled veal chop and grilled lamb chops. We are so glad that we have additional bottles!
