Community Tasting Note

Friday, January 12, 2024 - Pretty much the same tasting notes as the other one here. White florals on the nose along with canned pineapple. A lot if tropical fruit notes on the tongue, honey, mushrooms and a touch of oxidation notes as well. Really interesting wine. Didn't expect it to have that much residual sugar as I just blind grabbed it out of the cellar but it was a treat! It made me think slightly of if a Sauternes had been made with Alsace fruits and obviously less sweet.
