Friday, January 12, 2024 - Opened at Caprice in HK for the Jean Trimbach x Egon Muller Celebration Dinner by the winemakers themselves. Slow-oxed since 3pm and poured at around 10:20pm.
Wasn't quite sure what to make of this. I preferred the Pinot Gris served alongside it. Didn't quite hit the spot, and perhaps overshadowed in a huge lineup of epic Rieslings. Still, an interesting experience to try. Good freshness and acidity, didn't smell as sweet at least as the Pinot Gris. Good pairing for the Duck.
