Thursday, October 26, 2017 - Plum Market Luxury Fall Tasting (Chicago, IL): Gross. Sweet grape juice with tons of alcohol. Coarse tannins and a goopy, syrupy amount of fruit.

2/2/2018 8:48:00 PM - This review is skewing the rating score . 60 points is ridiculous. I could make a 60 point wine by combining the leftover dregs left in glasses from a frat party into a cuvee. Totally ridiculous score for a quality Turley Zin from Howell mountain.

2/2/2018 10:33:00 PM - What's funny is that the wines are more ridiculous than the score. That's why I've changed how I measure alcohol content in wines. I measure it using a new unit: the Turley. 1 Turley = 15.7% alcohol. I think the rest can be left as an exercise for the reader.
