Wednesday, October 25, 2017 - The colour is deeper and more yellow than the current norm of "white gold with green reflections"; attractive nose nose, freshness, minerals and sea breeze, ripe yellow fruit and white flowers, hint of spiced apple, pure and with recognisable varietal typicity, good depth; crisp and mineral palate with a good stuffing of ripe citrus fruit, juicy but dry, pleasant bitters; good resonance and length. Lovely wine.
