Sunday, February 17, 2019 - Beautiful Golden yellow color, clear
Medium + aromatics of honey and flower
Medium + acidity with palate of wet stones and under ripe peach
Not sure what another 4 years of aging would do, but I would recommend waiting until 2022 per CellarTracker drink by date
Not terribly impressive palate, but enjoyed the nose
