Wednesday, February 14, 2018 - Feather light at 11% abv with elevated acidity and redcurrants, lingonberries and cranberries. Granity mineral backbone. Very juicy in a sort of sour and light style (compared to a lot of natural Gamays), I mean this in a good way.
