Friday, April 7, 2017 - A Beaujolais Vin de France, made from Gamay.

Colour: Dark red.

Bouquet: Raspberries, strawberries, mint and jammy. Slightly Burgundian.

Palate. Fresh fruit, ripe berries all comes together. The acidity gives the wine a stright profile. Earthy finish w. umami. But it's the fruity profile that keeps it going.

Very good.
