Saturday, January 26, 2008 - Drank at Matt's with Victoria. Yum. Sweeter than the '05 Cailloux and more oak. Black cherries and spice. This is drinking well now (!). It seems that this will benefit from up to five (5) years of cellaring, but perhaps no more.
