Sunday, October 18, 2020 - It's 2 years since we last tasted this wine and it is now at full maturity, so drinking my last bottle at just the right time. Served to accompany smoked salmon. Deep lemon/gold colour. A rich nose and palate, plenty of ripe fruit, lemons, honey. Quite long. An excellent example of white Bordeaux at this price.
