Tasted September 20, 2005 at home while preparing dinner. Opened and served immediately in Spiegelau Authenthis WeissWein glasses. Color was straw to hay, clear hue throughout. Nose of wildflowers, peach, spicy apples and mineral notes. Flavors of apricot with a mineral foundation. Drink now. Recommended.
