Thursday, November 2, 2017 - Clear light-gold color. Aromas and notes of lemon oil & pear, crushed stone & slate, tea leaf, acacia. Richly textured citrus fruit on the palate, with dense secondary minerality, floral and savory spice. Full middle palate, fleshy smooth texture, full acid and ample depth on the finish. Very nice.
