Sunday, September 1, 2019 - Vincent Dancer doesn’t do fining or filtering and minimises battonage as he believes in a hands-off approach to express terroir and vintage.

This was surprisingly restrained for a warm vintage. Lots of ripe melon and citrus, no discernible oak present but a bit of reductive flint. Light on its feet, having a lean, defined structure that makes burgundy whites my favourite pairing with Japanese food.
