Saturday, October 24, 2015 - I just received my allocation from Quixote and couldn't resist cracking open a bottle. Quixote cabs are typically very approachable and deliver good Napa fruit with a smooth finish. This particular wine was no exception. This cab was not as full-bodied as other Quixote vintages, but was still every bit as enjoyable.
