Saturday, November 26, 2022 - Tasted this wine at the Chateau Beychevelle Masterclass during the International Congress of Chinese Cuisine & Wine at the Goodwood Park Hotel.

Formidable tannins, with a herbaceous nose. Some notes that resembled the bark of an old tree.

Palatable now, but no rush to consume. Made with 46% Cabernet Sauvignon, 49% Merlot and 5 % Cabernet Franc & Petit Verdot.
