Sunday, February 19, 2023 - From screw cap, not decanted, opened and poured. Dark coloured, animal fur, black fruits, mocha, vanilla, chalk, licorice, tar, rubber ending on a tannic and slightly bitter finish. Still needs a few years to mellow. I must admit that I am falling in love with screw caps as they seem to be keeping wine fresh and taint free. Wait until 2025 and start enjoying for the following decade perhaps longer.
