Saturday, August 23, 2008 - With a slight hint of manure and compost initially this wine is not for those seeking a fruit flushed wine...it does blow off and offer a nice potpori of blueberry, herbs, and blackberry on the nose. In the mouth this wine is medium to full bodied, lush, and silky with largely blue & black fruit leading the flavor profile into a medium length finsih. While this is a very good wine it is not going to stop you in your tracks, or cause you to ponder the cosmos...however, it is still great for the $12 price tag.
