Thursday, November 19, 2020 - Rockjuice, salty, mineral, Very High accidity.
Some fruit - gren apple and citrus.
A little more fruit Could be nice.
A year or 2 in the cellar would properly make it more rund, but maybe less fruit, so I would say drink now.
