Tuesday, December 1, 2020 - 93% Sémillon, 6% Sauvignon Blanc, 1% Muscadelle
from 36 ha of silico-gravelly and clay-gravelly soils and
vines of average age 40 yrs (oldest dating back to 1926)
planted at 6,500 to 9,000 vines/ha. No chemical herbicide used.
Manual harvest (4-7 passes). 18-30 day vinification in fine-grain
French oak barrels (40-70% new).
Aged 18-20 months in French oak barrels (40-70% new).
13.5% Abv.
