Saturday, April 29, 2017 - The last vintage made from 100% Merlot as the Cabernet Sauvignon is old enough to be added to the blend in subsequent years. Licorice, espresso and black cherry gives the smoky, medium/full bodied, supple textured wine complexity and lots of easy to like fruit in the finish. You can drink this in release, or age it for a few years.
