Sunday, May 14, 2023 - Bordeaux 2022 en Primeur and some recent vintages: Like Troplong Mondot, Clos Fourtet is often a bit too heavy for me personally. The moderate 2016 vintage therefore plays into the hands of this wine. Elegant palate, nice blue fruit, still quite a bit of wood. Mineral finish. Better than the 2020 and 2022.
