Wednesday, May 15, 2019 - Popped and poured. Did not double decant as I hadn't seen evidence of other CT tasters doing this with this wine.

Lovely clear lemon yellow color. Quite bright.

Nose of grapefruit, fresh oak, lemon, touch of pineapple. Touch of allspice. Slate mineral undertone.

On palate, wine is sound. Medium-high acid, high alcohol, long finish. Passionfruit more predominant on palate along with citrus and almost a lichee finish (which is very long). Wow. Sort of in between a Kistler and an Aubert to me. Just lovely.
