Thursday, April 13, 2023 - 2nd of 12 (375ml). (note, I didn't have time to decant this, but I think it would have helped). Ripe nose of cherries, blueberries, blackberries, raisins and plums, along with black licorice, cedar, violets and a little mineral / volcano note. On the palate, the fruit is sweet with a raisin, prune and dried fig aftertaste. The tannins are massive and drying on the finish. This needs time. 92+
