Sunday, February 17, 2008 - The nose on this wine was simply stunning. The flavor profile was all over the place and really caught me off guard. The palate seemed disappointing by comparison. Don't get me wrong, it was a very delicious wine, but following the amazing nose the palate seemed to be somewhat of a letdown.
