Thursday, July 1, 2021 - Generally not a Riesling fan. But we tasted this at the winery a couple of years ago and really liked it. Just opened a bottle today with sushi and it was a nice match. It's a wonderful grape, but my concern always with "dry Riesling" is that it's still too sweet. This one was not. Subtle nose, smooth palate, clean finish.
