Friday, August 11, 2023 - Open in the bottle for about 5 hours. Really hitting its stride now. Nose is char, cherries, violets, clay. Perfectly Nebbiolo. Palate is perfectly ripe cherries, roses, burnt earth, ripping acidity and tannins but they are balanced. Long tannic finish. Easily has tons of life left but it’s real good right now so you pretty much can’t go wrong.
