Wednesday, January 30, 2013 - A pure pleasure to drink. We decanted for an hour and slowly drank over the next hour and the boldness, tannins, and spice went from bold to bolder and the wine got better with every sip. Very special. Wish we decanted longer, there's no telling where the very peak of this wine might have been.
