Sunday, February 21, 2016 - Good pairing with lamb. This time given I took this to restaurant and had no chance to decant prior only about half an hour of decant time before consumed. It continued to get better with each glass, but was very primary. This wine is great, but it needs at least 3 hours of decant (ideally I'd say 6-10 hours) to get the maximum out of it today. Otherwise it sure will hold another 10 years +, it is build to last.
