Wednesday, March 7, 2007 - What a beautiful wine. I was expecting symphonic intensity and instead found restraint and delicacy. While dry, there's nothing austere about it. It's medium-bodied with minerals, pit fruits, and a hint of spice. It kept getting better over the course of a couple of hours, and the last glass was the best.
