Wednesday, August 31, 2022 - Lovely civilised nose of ripe wild strawberry, maraschino cherry and a little earthy minerality. Tightly wound palate of dark cherry and violet with strong tannic structure and a long finish of tea leaves, spices and forest floor. This definitely has some life ahead of it - 91 with upside.
